Jana M. Moser

Ms. Moser graduated from Berkeley Law School and earned a Law and Technology Certificate, issued by Berkeley’s Center for Law and Technology. During her tenure at Berkeley, she was a member of the California Law Review, the Berkley Technology Law Journal, and Berkeley Law School’s moot court team.

Ms. Moser is a respected litigator known for her unrelenting tenacity and attention to detail. Now primarily a plaintiff-side attorney, Ms. Moser was trained at one of Los Angeles’ premier defense firms. Her experience practicing on both sides of the bar allows her to bring creative, outside-the-box solutions to her clients’ matters and regularly achieve favorable results before trial. Ms. Moser has obtained millions of dollars in settlements for her clients, who have included employees, employers, writers, producers, video game developers, media companies, and hotels. 

Ms. Moser has been recognized by Super Lawyers as one of their “Rising Stars” every year since 2015, one of their Up-And-Coming Top 100 attorneys, and one of Southern California’s Up-And-Coming Top 50 Women Attorneys. Moser Legal, PC is a woman-owned firm, founded by Ms. Moser in 2019.
